You are buying 4 of 38 mm x 29 mm White into Green Long Hair Woman Cameos Facing Left. These are so gorgeous, this shows a lady, facing left with ribbons in her hair. The girl is White that fades in a gorgeous Emerald Green background. I have several different settings these will fit in to. Even though they measure 38x29 mm, they fit perfectly into the 40 mm x 30 mm Settings I have listed, you just have to center it a bit. These are great if you already have a setting that is too small for a standard 40x30 Cameo or Cab. These are an older cameo. They look very detailed for their size.
