You are buying 4 of 40 mm x 30 mm Cream over Brown 3-D Zombie or Pirate Skull Head Cameos. They are of a Skull, the molding is excellent. They are Cream on a Brown Background. A really nice color combination. They measure 40x30 mm. They look very detailed for their size, in fact, they stand WAY OUT from the background to give it a 3-D look. They have never been used. You can always add a little paint to make them your own creation.
