You are buying 6 of 18 mm x 13 mm Oval Antique Silver Plated Bowl Shaped Settings. You will have to glue in any cameos or cabs you want to put into the settings, no prongs and they are very sturdy. There is not a hole for a pendant so you will have to glue on a bail or make these into a pendant or earrings. The really unusual thing is the shape, it is a bowl shape with a flat spot on the back for a bail. It has a lot of scrolling all around the edge of the setting for a very Victorian look to them.
