You are buying 4 of 25 mm x 18 mm Antique Silver Plated Four Hearts Twisted S Design Pendant Settings. I had these made with 4 hearts at each end that could hold stones or crystals. You could just leave them alone because they are fancy enough without adding anything. The outside measure 48x37 mm including the loop at the top. The top has a nice size loop (3 mm) for your Chain or Cord or Jump Ring (which I have 3 Colors & 2 Sizes of). The design is just delicate, but they are very solid, not flimsy like the new ones are. You will not be disappointed in the quality, it is excellent and if I was setting any cameos or cabs, I would use these. Since they are a solid back, you could go down in size a little if you had an odd size cameo or cab to try & fit. These will work great for any cameos or cabs, they will have to be glued in.
