You are buying 4 of 40 mm x 30 mm Silver Plated Ribbon & Lace Pendant Settings.These settings are originally from the 1900-1930's, I only had a few left and found a company to make these for me and they are gorgeous. The top has a hole (1.4 mm) for your Chain or Jump Ring (which I have 3 Colors & 2 Sizes of). You can also use the lace on these to put your chain through, and you can always add a pin on the back if you desire a brooch. The back side is really nice with a star burst pattern on it, you could glue another cameo or cabochon on and have a double sided pendant. You can use these Horizontal or Vertical. These measure 40 mm x 30 mm. Since they are a solid back, you could go down in size a little if you had an odd size cameo or cab to try & fit. These have never been used, very nice looking and solidly made.
