You are buying 4 of 40 mm x 30 mm Red over Cream Hibiscus Flower Cameos. These are so gorgeous, this has a beautiful Hibiscus with leaves. The Hibiscus is Red on a Cream background. This is a gorgeous color combination. The Flower practically fills up the entire cameos by itself. The molding process of these is just great, no flaws. I have several different settings these will fit in. These measure 40 mm x 30 mm. They look very detailed for their size.
